SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
WHERE GOOD PUPILS SHIPS
1. United States: We currently ship to All 50 States, D.C. and U.S. territories.
2. We DO NOT SHIP to PO BOXES
FULFILLMENT AND DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
1. ALL orders will be fulfilled within 1-4 business days (Monday-Friday).
2. Average transit time within the United States is 2-5 days (Monday-Saturday) after fulfillment.
3. Estimated Delivery Date is visible on the Product, Shopping Cart and Checkout pages.
GIFT CARD FULFILLMENT
e-Gift Cards are delivered to the recipient via email upon completion of the gift card purchase.
SHIPPING METHODS
FOR U.S Orders:
1. UPS Ground
2. USPS Ground Advantage
Shipping rates are calculated based on total weight of all items in the order. Shipping rates are calculated on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages. U.S. orders over $59 include Free Shipping.
*Bulk and Freight orders are EXCLUDED from Free Shipping. For Bulk or Freight orders, contact our Sales team at: sales@goodpupils.com for a customized quote.
TRACKING
HOW TO TRACK YOUR ORDER
Once orders have shipped, customers will receive an email with detailed tracking information throughout the transit process until the order has been delivered or if an exception is made; i.e. delivery failure or delivery delay.
Orders can be tracked by clicking the link Track My Order at the bottom of this page under 'Customer Care' or in the tracking email that is sent upon shipment.
There are two options for looking up an order: OPTION 1: Email Address and Order Number or OPTION 2: Tracking Number
1. On the 'Track My Order' page, enter your Email Address and Order Number (option 1) or Tracking Number (option 2)
2. Click 'Track'
3. The tracking page will show the current transit/delivery status of the order as well as the carrier and estimated arrival date.
4. And delays or delivery failures will be communicated to the email address on the order.

SALES TAX
HOW AND WHERE SALES TAX IS COLLECTED
Texas: Orders with a destination (delivery) address in Texas will incur an 8.25% Sales Tax, calculated on the Shopping Cart and Checkout pages.
