How much time do I have to return a product?
30 Days
Returns can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
What Items Are Returnable?
1. New and slightly used products.
*This includes products that are opened or have been slightly used.
2. Damaged Items
3. Defective Items
4. Items received in error.
5. Buyer's Remorse
6. Non-Defective Items
What Items Are Non-Refundable?
The following items cannot be returned:
1. Gift Cards
2. Closeout/Clearance Items
3. Items delivered more than 30 days prior
Can My Items Be Exchanged?
We allow the exchange of purchased items for selectable. Once the exchange request is approved, usually in 24 business hours, the replaced item will be shipped to you at no cost to you.

What Are My Refund Options?
The following refund options are supported:
1. Refund to the original payment method
2. Refund to store credit (if applicable)
3. Exchange for a replacement item of equal or lesser value
RETURN METHOD
Items can be shipped back to us using the same shipping method in which they were received.
UPS-Return via UPS using the return label provided once the return is approved. Drop-off can be made at any local UPS Store.

How Will I Receive My Return Label?
Your return label can be downloaded and printed once it is emailed within 24 business hours of return approval.

How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Refund is issued upon receipt of return tracking number and will post to the original payment method within 3-5 business days after approval.

2. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
