How much time do I have to return an item, exchange an item or request a refund?
30 Days
Refunds, Returns or Exchanges can be requested within 30 days of delivery.
Items Are Eligible for Refund, Return or Exchange Under the Following Conditions:
1. New and slightly used items.
*This includes item that are opened or have been slightly used.
2. Damaged Items
3. Defective Items
4. Items received in error.
5. Buyer's Remorse
6. Non-Defective Items
What Items Are Non-Refundable, Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable?
The following items cannot be refunded, returned or exchanged:
1. Gift Cards
2. Closeout/Clearance Items
3. Items delivered more than 30 days prior
How Do I Process a Refund, Return or Exchange?
1. In the footer of our webstore, click 'Process Return or Exchange'
2. Enter Order Number and Email Address.
3. Select the item you wish to return.
4. Select the reason for the return.
5. Select the resolution type: Refund, Exchange or Store Credit.
6. Within 24-48 business hours, an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be assigned and emailed to you along with a prepaid return shipping label.
7. Place the item(s) being returned along with the RMA inside the original packaging and securely attach the prepaid return shipping label.
8. Return the packaged item to the nearest Post Office for USPS, or local UPS Store for UPS returns.
9. Once we receive tracking information for the returned item(s), the replacement item will be shipped within 24-48 business hours and new tracking information will be emailed to you.
10. Once the returned item has been verified as received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation.
Is There a Restocking Fee?
There is No restocking fee.
What Are My Refund Options?
The following refund options are supported:
1. Refund to the original payment method
2. Refund to store credit (for Scholar Club Rewards members)
3. Exchange for a replacement item of equal or lesser value
How Do I Ship My Return Item?
Items can be shipped back to us using the same shipping method in which they were received.
UPS-Return via UPS using the return label provided once the return is approved. Drop-off can be made at any local UPS Store.
USPS-Return via USPS using the return label provided once the return is approved. Drop-off can be made at any local USPS Post Office.
Will I Receive a Return Label?
Yes. Within 24-48 business hours, an RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization) number will be assigned and emailed to you along with a prepaid return shipping label.
Do I Have to Pay for Return Postage?
No. Your return label will be emailed to you 'Prepaid'
Prepaid return label will be emailed to you within 24-48 business hours upon issuance of the RMA(Return Merchandise Authorization)

How Will I Receive My Return Label?
Your return label can be downloaded and printed once it is emailed within 24-48 business hours of return approval.
REFUND PROCESSING TIME
How Soon Will I Get My Refund?
Once the returned item has been verified as received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation and your refund will be issued to the original payment, within 3-5 business days after receipt of the returned item(s). Total time for receipt of returned items and issuance of refund is 7-10 business days dependent upon your bank's processing time.
